Consider Taking Tryptophan & Collagen!

Steven Fowkes, a guest on my podcast (episode 60) discusses how ‘the Tryptophan cocktail’ is great for anyone suffering from Covid. Consider Taking D3 + K2

Vitamin D boosts your immune system and eases inflammation. Vitamin K can act as a cofactor for some plasma proteins, thereby affecting immune and inflammatory responses particularly mediated by T cells.
