Eat Garlic!

My first recommendation is to eat and swallow crushed organic cloves (not the entire clove at once for risk of choking hazard), but smash the clove and cut it and swallow it raw (with water).

Consider Taking Glutathione

Glutathione is one of the body's most important antioxidants. It helps reduce oxidative stress by stimulating the body's immunological response.

Tryptophan can reduce inflammatory reactions and enhance the immune system. Collagen improves the number of NK cells and T cells and henceforth the immunity of humans.

Consider Taking D3 + K2

Vitamin D boosts your immune system and eases inflammation. Vitamin K can act as a cofactor for some plasma proteins, thereby affecting immune and inflammatory responses particularly mediated by T cells.

Consider Taking Black Cumin Oil

Black cumin seed oil is rich in antioxidants, essential fatty acids, and bioactive compounds, including thymoquinone, which is believed to be the primary active ingredient responsible for its health benefits. I interviewed Ian Clark on episode 62 where he discusses the importance of organic, cold pressed black cumin seed oil.

Consider Taking Solaris Oil

You can take it internally and externally. Simply mix with water and drink it. Or mix with water and spray onto face (personally I mix Solaris with Iodine).

Vitamin E supports your immune system by assisting with t cell production which is essential for effective immune response. T cells support immune function and a deficiency can have a negative impact on the vitamin E function in the body. Most importantly, Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant. Vitamin E can also mitigate damage from eating fried foods (just be sure to take it when consuming fried foods!).
